INSANITY ISLAND

During our covid year, 589 designed our own FIRST inspired game. Students designed Island Insanity with cube and ball game pieces. Students wrote a whole game manual and produced an animated game video. Tiny sumo robots would be placed on an FLL sized table and be controlled by RC controllers. Robots would score game pieces into goals on each end of the field by picking up or moving pieces. Robots were all 3D printed and designed by groups of students. At the end of the game, robots would be able to pull down one of three drawbridges on their side of the field via a chain. Robots would then climb up the drawbridge to score endgame points.
